Most couples aim to have their invitations in the mail about three months before the wedding. From when we start your mood board to when your guests receive their invitations, the standard design and production process can take anywhere from 10-12 weeks. I recommend getting in touch at least 6 months before your wedding day, and even earlier for projects including save the dates. Rush projects can be accommodated on a case-by-case basis. In every case, the sooner you reach out, the better!

Jubilee Paper is a full service, 100% custom design studio. That means we handle everything from initial art direction to production, assembly, and mailing. What we create for you will be totally one-of-a-kind.
The Process
Good things take time! The Jubilee Paper process is thoughtful, artful, bespoke, and yes—it takes time. Your wedding invitations will be designed with great care and attention to detail, which means we won’t rush through any part of the process. I take the time to establish clear art direction with a mood board before designing anything, which leads to cohesive and unique results. If investing time to collaborate with an artist to create something truly special sounds exciting to you, you’re in the right place!
MOOD BOARD
Every Jubilee Paper project starts with a mood board. It’s a crucial step in clarifying your vision and it helps ensure a throughline of visual cohesion for your entire wedding. The mood board is our visual north star to guide the rest of the design process.
DESIGN
The mood board sets us up for success with a great foundation for designing your save the dates or invitations. Using it as a jumping off point, I’ll design your first proof and you’ll receive a PDF detailing each element of your suite. From there, we’ll make any edits and revise until it’s perfect.
PRODUCTION
After you approve the final designs, we’ll send everything to print! I’ve carefully built my trusted vendor list over the years, so you can rest easy knowing that your invitations are in the best of hands. Once printed, Jubilee Paper will assemble and mail your suites. You won’t have to lift a finger!
