HISTORIC SHADY LANE | MANCHESTER, PA

Lush and Colorful Greenhouse Micro Wedding

Sarah Brookhart Photography

Featured on Ruffled Blog, this editorial shoot was a little bit whimsy, a little bit boho, and a whole lot of color! Jubilee Paper created a whimsical four piece invitation suite inspired by the greenhouse’s trailing ivy. The invitation featured hand drawn illustrations and text, vintage stamps, and a custom pattern. It was all tied together with twine to reflect the rustic surroundings. The color palette included a lush dark green, soft pinks, corals, and yellows. Hand lettered place cards were held by vibrant (real!) lemons and limes, and the dark green menus popped off of the ombre pink napkins and crystal plates. Velvets and cozy neutrals accented the light-filled space resulting in a look that was elevated yet down to earth. A big thank you to the incredible florals by Rosemary & Rust and Sandra L. Porterfield, beautiful photographs by Sarah Brookhart and Jenna Brianne, and the lovely Historic Shady Lane venue!
